Special Notes - 1. If your skin is oily never apply oily creams ( cold creams. Instead of this try to apply water based emulsion creams. 2. If you work in a dirty polluted place never apply moisturizer you will get pimples and acne. 3. Try to keep yourself hydrated by drinking plenty of water. 4. Only apply moisturizer after cleaning your face with soap and water. 5. Apply Sunscreen 30 minutes before going to sunshine. 6. Sunscreen Comes in different SPF ( Sun Protection Factor ) Try to choose Sunscreen wisely according to your skin tone and area in which you lived. For example - • If you live in North India above the tropic of Cancer and your skin tone is fair then you need Sunscreen with 30 SPF. 30 is enough Don't waste money on buying high SPF. • If you live in South In...

अक्सर, आप लोग अपने डॉक्टर द्वारा prescribed medicated Soap का इस्तमाल सही तरीके से नही करते हैं जिस वज़ह से आपको medicated soap se expected result नही मिलते है |

So, Friends Don't worry In this blog you will know right directions to use medicated soap.



Right way to use medicated soap  ( औषधीय साबुन का उपयोग करने का सही तरीका ) -

1.सबसे पहले अपने शरीर को गीला कर ले | ( wet your body first ).


2.फिर आपके डॉक्टर द्वारा Prescribed medicated soap को affected skin area  में लगाये | ( Then apply the medicated soap prescribed by your doctor to the affected skin area ).


3.Medicated Soap की झाग को 3-5 मिनट के लिए लगे रहने दे |( Let the medicated soap lather remain on the skin for 3-5 minutes. )


4.झाग को 3-5 मिनट लगे रहने से Medicated soap में मौजूद मेडिसिन Skin absorb करती है जिससे आपको Medicated soap के बेस्ट रिजल्ट मिलते है |
( Leave the lather for 3-5 minutes so that the medicine present in the medicated soap gets absorbed by the skin, giving you the best results of the medicated soap. )
